We always advise to follow the wash care instructions on the label of each of your loved GYM SH!T product. We also highly encourage you to wash cold on delicate, hang to dry - preferably hand wash.
Although GYM SH!T products are made to the highest standard, following these simple care instructions ensures your GYM SH!T lasts and lasts!

GYM SH!T has partnered with Printful to process and ship our products. If there is any damage, defect or mislabel with your GYM SH!T products, please reach out to our Customer Support at hello@gymshit.ca.
If your reason for return or exchange falls outside of damage or defect, we regrettably cannot process them at this time, as all of our GYM SH!T products are made to order. There are size guides beside each product on our order page to assist you in size selection.
It’s no secret; we have a lot of products! We tried to organize our products the best we could by dividing them into gendered and non-gender (eg: All Gen line) categories. But don’t feel restricted to shopping by gender – most of our styles in our gendered categories are non-restrictive. We support you in how you choose to show up in the world.

As much as we strive to ensure a flawless experience with GYM SH!T, sometimes things happen. If, in the rare event, you're experiencing difficulties with accessing our store, please click here to directly connect with our store.
We also recommend if you have a product type in mind (ie: sweater), simply type the style into the search bar and you will get all of the products under that product type. Simply click the image to go to the product in our store for more photos, sizing guide, colour options (when listed) as well as ordering.
GYM SH!T has partnered with Printful to fulfill our products, and as such, the only supplier for women’s non-tight form-fitting shorts contain a Proposition 65 Warning (also known as Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act). This act is intended to help Californians make informed decisions about protecting themselves from chemicals that could cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
Since health and safety is one of the core values of GYM SH!T, we have made the decision to NOT CARRY products that contain this warning. We are dedicated to sourcing safe products for our consumers and continue to search a safe alternative for this style.
We highly value privacy. And as such, we value YOUR privacy. GYM SH!T only collects personal information required to securely process and ship your GYM SH!T. We will never collect unnecessary information or sell your information…to anyone! We hold ourselves to high standards when storing your information, and we will ONLY reach out to you regarding your order, and never to solicit you.
